1. What is happening on Monday, 3 July 2023?
On Monday, 3 July 2023 from 12:00AM, you will no longer be able to redeem in-app or in-store with an unregistered BCard or co-branded BCard (e.g., Caltex Journey™ Card, Cosway card, etc). In addition, if you are an existing user of the B Infinite App (BI App), you will need to download an updated version of the app before you can continue to use the app.
2. I have updated the BI App. What happens when I launch the app for the first time after that?
You will be asked to provide additional information if your profile is incomplete before you can continue to use the app. If your profile is complete, no action is needed from your side.
3. Why must I register my BCard?
We are enhancing our security features to avoid any unauthorized use of BPoints which do not belong to the cardholder.
4. How do I register my BCard?
There are two (2) methods to register your BCard:
Via Web
· Enter the 16 digits number printed on your BCard
· Enter the 6-digit pin of your BCard (If you have not changed this pin, the 6-digit pin is located behind the card)
· Click Login
· Fill in the required information in the next step (Name as per NRIC, NRIC, Mobile Number & Email Address) and submit
Via BI App
· Ensure app is updated to the latest version
· Go to My Account > Add another card
· Fill in BCard number, BCard pin number and NRIC/Passport number
5. What happens if I try to redeem using an unregistered BCard;
a. In-App
You will see the following error message:

1) BI Website
· Go to
https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php· Enter BCard number, pin and login
· Fill info and submit
2) BI App
· Go to My Account > Add another card
· Fill in BCard number, pin and NRIC/Passport Number
b. In-Store
An error message will be displayed on the cashier's terminal.
6. Do I get anything for registering my BCard?
You will receive 50 BPoints if you register your BCard from 3 July 2023 to 1 October 2023. The 50 BPoints will be credited into your account within 3 days upon successful card registration.
7. I am trying to redeem from a BCard which has been added to the BI App before 3 July 2023. The redemption is unsuccessful. What should I do?
a. If you have more than one (1) card linked in the app:
· Set another card as primary card (Edit > Set as primary card)
· Delete the card (where the redemption attempt failed. Edit > Delete my B Infinite card)
· Add the card that was just deleted back into the app
· Retry in-app redemption
b. Add an existing physical card into BI App
· Add a different physical card into BI App
· Email CS (
enquiry@binfinite.com.my) to transfer points from the other card (where the redemption attempt failed) to the new card that was just added. Note this will deactivate the ‘old’ card.
· Retry in-app redemption
8. I have just downloaded the BI App on 3 July. Why do you ask for my NRIC/Passport in the sign-up process?

9. How do I know if I have successfully registered my card?
Website: Upon successful registration, you will be instructed to create a new PIN.
