Terms & Conditions: BInfinite Earn & Win Campaign - Win Free Fuel For A Year (16 Mar - 15 June 2026)
Effective date: 16th March 2026
- General
1.1 The BInfinite Earn & Win Campaign - Win Free Fuel for A Year (“Campaign”) is organised by BInfinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and will run from 16 March 2026 to 15 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) or as otherwise determined by BInfinite without prior notice (“Campaign Period”).
1.2 By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and acknowledge that any decisions made by BInfinite regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to all individual members of BInfinite (“Eligible Customer”, “you”, or “your”) who have a registered BInfinite account (BCard or BInfinite App).
2.2 Employees of BInfinite (permanent, temporary and/or contract staff), representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Promo agents, third party vendors and service providers) shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Campaign Mechanics and Qualifying Criteria
3.1 Members are automatically enrolled upon completing at least one (1) transaction earning ≥10 BPoints at any BInfinite Merchants. For more information, please go to www.binfinite.com.my.
3.2 Members will earn Entries through eligible BPoints activities during the Campaign Period, including (as illustrated below):
(a) Earning BPoints at BInfinite’s loyalty Merchants Stores.
(b) Converting partner points to BPoints via the Points Conversion programme.
3.3 To earn entries, members must log their transaction at the point of purchase using:
(a) BInfinite App (by scanning the virtual BCard), or
(b) Physical BCard (by swiping or scanning at the cashier).
Both methods ensure eligibility for receiving the Entries for transaction that meets the qualifying criteria.

- 2X Booster at Fuel and Food & Beverage (F&B) Merchants
4.1 Members who complete eligible transactions at Fuel and F&B Merchants during the campaign period will receive 2X Entries.
4.2 To qualify, each transaction must earn ≥10 BPoints in a single receipt and be logged via the BInfinite App or BCard.
4.3 The booster entries are calculated automatically and applied at point of transaction logging.
4.4 Eligible merchants will be published on the BInfinite app, social media (Facebook & Instagram), and website.
4.5 Any updates on new or eligible merchants will be communicated weekly via the BInfinite app, social media (Facebook & Instagram), and campaign page on BInfinite’s website.
4.6 The following table are scenarios of the eligibility for receiving the Campaign Entries, with scenarios of the qualifying entries eligibility for receiving the Campaign Rewards as described in the clauses above.

- Campaign Mechanics and Qualifying Criteria
5.1 If BInfinite subsequently finds that an Eligible Customer is not eligible for the Campaign Reward(s) or if there was an error in the crediting or awarding of the Campaign Reward(s), BInfinite reserves the right to refuse to credit, or to amend, correct, adjust, or reclaim the Campaign Reward(s). This may include debiting the equivalent amount from the Eligible Customer’s BInfinite Account. If the balance in the Eligible Customer’s Account is insufficient to cover the amount of the Campaign Reward(s), the Eligible Customer must immediately reimburse BInfinite for that amount upon demand.
5.2 BInfinite reserves the right to (a) disqualify an Eligible Customer from participating in the Campaign, (b) refuse to credit or cancel the crediting of the Campaign Reward(s), or deduct an amount equivalent to the Campaign Reward(s) from the Eligible Customer’s Account, and/or (c) take any other necessary actions, including legal action, against an Eligible Customer if: the Eligible Customer is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign or its processes, including any fraudulent activity involving deceit or cheating;
there is irregular or improper operation or use of the Eligible Customer’s BInfinite account or BInfinite Card;
the Eligible Customer engages in fraudulent or dishonest actions or conducts themselves in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage over B Infinite, its partners, or service providers.
5.3 Below are the prizes that members will stand to win in the contest.

5.4 Each member can only win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign. Monthly winners will be announced via BInfinite's social media pages and website on 30th April, 31st May and 30th June 2026 respectively.
5.5 Prizes collection and fulfillment:
(a) Grand Prize Winner will receive 300,000 BPoints worth RM3,000, which will be credited into the winner’s BInfinite account within
14 working days after the official winner announcement.
(b) Monthly Winners will receive 20,000 BPoints worth RM200 each, which will be credited into the winners’ BInfinite accounts within
14 working days after the respective monthly draw announcement.
(c) Monthly Consolation Winners will receive 5,000 BPoints worth RM50 each, which will be credited into the winners’ BInfinite accounts
within 14 working days after the respective monthly draw announcement.
(d) All winners will be notified via the BInfinite App, email, or any other communication channel deemed appropriate by BInfinite.
(e) BInfinite reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value if necessary.
5.6 Prize validation and acknowledgement
(a) BInfinite reserves the right to request winners to submit proof of identity, eligibility, and/or any supporting documentation deemed
necessary for validation purposes before prize fulfilment.
(a) Winners may also be required to sign and return an acknowledgement and acceptance form prior to the release of their prize. Failure to
comply may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize.
5.7 If a winner does not claim their prize within the given time frame, they may forfeit their right to the prize, and the redistribution will be within our company’s discretion.
5.8 The allocation or non-allocation of BPoints is not subject to dispute.
- General Terms and Conditions
6.1 BInfinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
6.2 By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to BInfinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
6.3 BInfinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the reward with a reward of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All rewards will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
