1. General
1.1 The Level Up and Win Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn.
Bhd.) and will run from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) or as otherwise determined by B Infinite without prior notice (“Campaign Period”).
1.2 By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and acknowledge that any decisions made by B Infinite regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to all individual members of B Infinite (“Eligible Customer”, “you”, or
“your”) who have a registered B Infinite account (BCard or B Infinite App).
2.2 Employees of B Infinite (permanent, temporary and/or contract staff), representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Promo agents, third party vendors and service providers) shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. Campaign Mechanics and Qualifying Criteria
3.1 Members are automatically enrolled upon completing at least one (1) transaction earning ≥20 BPoints at any participating merchant during the campaign period. No manual entry is required.
3.2 Members will earn Entries through eligible BPoints activities during the Campaign Period,
including (as illustrated below):
(a) Earning BPoints at B Infinite’s loyalty Merchants Stores.
(b) Converting partner points to BPoints via the Points Conversion programme.
3.3 To earn entries, members must log their transaction at the point of purchase using:
(a) B Infinite App (by scanning the virtual BCard), or
(b) Physical BCard (by swiping or scanning at the cashier).
Both methods ensure eligibility for receiving the Entries for transaction that meets the qualifying criteria. The qualifying entries are illustrated below.
3.3 To earn entries, members must log their transaction at the point of purchase using:
(a) B Infinite App (by scanning the virtual BCard), or
(b) Physical BCard (by swiping or scanning at the cashier).
Both methods ensure eligibility for receiving the Entries for transaction that meets the qualifying

4. Tiered Reward Structure
4.1 This campaign rewards members based on how frequently they transact each month. A tiered reward system is designed to ensure everyone (from casual to power users) has a fair shot at winning. The more transactions, winning chances will be higher.
4.2 Members will automatically be placed in one reward tier each month, and tier qualification resets every month. Tiers do not stack or overlap.
4.3 A member can only qualify for one tier per month, based on their highest number of valid
transactions they complete that month.

5. Campaign Reward and Winner Selection
5.1 If B Infinite subsequently finds that an Eligible Customer is not eligible for the Campaign
Reward(s) or if there was an error in the crediting or awarding of the Campaign Reward(s), B
Infinite reserves the right to refuse to credit, or to amend, correct, adjust, or reclaim the
Campaign Reward(s). This may include debiting the equivalent amount from the Eligible
Customer’s B Infinite Account. If the balance in the Eligible Customer’s Account is insufficient to cover the amount of the Campaign Reward(s), the Eligible Customer must immediately reimburse B Infinite for that amount upon demand.
5.2 B Infinite reserves the right to (a) disqualify an Eligible Customer from participating in the
Campaign, (b) refuse to credit or cancel the crediting of the Campaign Reward(s), or deduct an
amount equivalent to the Campaign Reward(s) from the Eligible Customer’s Account, and/or (c)take any other necessary actions, including legal action, against an Eligible Customer if:
(a) the Eligible Customer is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign or its
processes, including any fraudulent activity involving deceit or cheating;
(b) there is irregular or improper operation or use of the Eligible Customer’s B Infinite account
or BCard;
(c) the Eligible Customer engages in fraudulent or dishonest actions, or conducts themselves
in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage over B Infinite, its partners, or service providers.
5.3 Below are the prizes that members will stand to win in the sweepstakes.

5.4 Each member can only win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign. Winners will be announced via B Infinite's social media pages and website by 30th November after the Campaign Period.
5.5 Prizes collection and fulfillment:
(a) Gold and Silver Tier Prize winners are required to collect their prizes in person from B
Infinite’s headquarter or attend the official prize presentation ceremony. The date and
venue of which will be communicated upon winner confirmation.
(b) Failure to attend the ceremony or collect the prize within the specified timeframe may
result in forfeiture of the prize at B Infinite’s sole discretion.
(c) Weekly Tier Prize winners will receive their rewards via direct crediting of BPoints and e-voucher into their B Infinite account within 14 working days after winner’s announcement.
5.6 Prize validation and acknowledgement
(a) B Infinite reserves the right to request winners to submit proof of identity, eligibility,
and/or any supporting documentation deemed necessary for validation purposes before
prize fulfilment.
(b) Winners may also be required to sign and return an acknowledgement and acceptance
form prior to the release of their prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or
forfeiture of the prize.
5.7 If a winner does not claim their prize within the given time frame, they may forfeit their right to the prize, and the redistribution will be within our company’s discretion.
5.8 The allocation or non-allocation of BPoints is not subject to dispute.
6. General Terms and Conditions
6.1 B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
6.2 By participating in this Campaign, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish
and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any
prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
6.3 B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the reward with a reward of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All rewards will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
