Terms & Conditions for B Infinite Malaysia Day contest
Eligibility
a. The Malaysia Day Campaign ("The Contest") is organised by BLoyalty Sdn Bhd (“B Infinite”) and shall be held from 14th September 2020, 12:00p.m. to 14 October 2020, 11:59p.m. (“Contest Period”).
b. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice.
Contest mechanics
a. Participants must share their most memorable road trip experience on B Infinite mobile app and purchase or renew their car insurance with AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad (“AIG Malaysia”) via B Infinite’s website at (https://www.binfinite.com.my/insurance-auto.php) to stand a chance to win the prize(s).
c. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates and/or related companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
d. A panel of judges consisting of representatives of the Organiser will select the winners. The winning criteria will be based on the most memorable experience selected by the judges. The decision of the panel of judges will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
e. The Organiser will not be responsible for entries that cannot be processed due to technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete or illegible, for any reason whatsoever, will be disqualified.
f. BLoyalty Sdn Bhd and AIG Malaysia reserve the rights at its absolute discretion to change, vary, delete or add to any these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Prizes
a. Car Insurance Policy Purchase (New with AIG Malaysia) – RM100 Caltex cash voucher x 15 winners
b. Car Insurance Policy Renewal (Existing with AIG Malaysia) – RM30 Caltex cash voucher x 15 winners
c. Each contestant is entitled to win one (1) prize only during the Contest Period. Winner announcement will be made within a month after the Contest Period ends. Prize fulfilment would take place within a month after winner announcement is made.
d. Only contestants who fulfill the Contest Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfill the Contest mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.
e. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
f. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to collect the winning prize within the stipulated time period, the Organiser shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Collection Period will be forfeited.
g. All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
h. The winner submissions as determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The judges' decisions are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence thereon will be entertained.
