Organiser and Eligibility 
  1. The Gegaran Raya Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Campaign by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“App”) or the B Infinite website (“Website”). 
  2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign: 
    Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Campaign agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees. 

Duration 
  1. The Campaign is valid from 15 April 2022 – 25 May 2022 (“Campaign Period”) inclusive. 

    B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time. All entries outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified. 
 
Campaign Mechanics and Prizes 
  1. Participants must be registered as a member of B Infinite via the App at https://b-infinite.com/app or Website at https://www.binfinite.com.my/. 
  2. Individuals who have successfully registered as a member of B Infinite are qualified to participate in the three (3) following events throughout the Campaign Period: 
    1. Spend sampai GEGAR 
    2. Shake sampai GEGAR 
    3.  Voucher Giveaway 
 
  1. Spend sampai GEGAR 
    1. Members who spend a minimum accumulated amount of RM25 via their B Infinite Pay (“BI Pay”) e-wallet during the Campaign Period will each receive RM5 instant cashback.
    2. The RM5 instant cashback reward is on a first come, first served basis, and limited to a total of four thousand one hundred and eighty-eight (4,188) winners throughout the Campaign Period.
    3. The RM5 instant cashback is limited to one reward per member throughout the Campaign Period and will be credited into the member’s BI Pay e-wallet once the minimum required amount has been spent.
    4. The RM5 instant cashback is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
       
  2. Shake sampai GEGAR
    1. The Gegaran Raya Shake & Win game is only available via the App throughout the Campaign Period. 
    2. Members will be entitled to one (1) free shake daily throughout the Campaign Period. Any unused shakes will expire once the Campaign Period is over. 
    3. Members can earn an extra chance to shake by redeeming fifty (50) B Infinite Points (“BPoints”). There is no limit to the number of times that members can play as long as they have the required BPoints to be redeemed. 
    4. Members can also earn an extra chance to shake when they spend a minimum of RM10 in a single transaction via BI Pay. However, this is limited to five (5) shakes per member per day. 
    5. Participants will stand a chance to win the following prizes whenever they play the Gegaran Raya Shake & Win Game:

    6. Any disputes regarding the gameplay and/or its mechanics will not be entertained by B Infinite.
    7. B Infinite reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue this game at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to these games, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. 

  3. Buy sampai GEGAR
    1. Members who perform a successful transaction via B Infinite Shop (“BI Shop”) and/or the Vouchers tab in the App throughout the Campaign Period will each receive two (2) free e-vouchers. 
    2. The free e-vouchers will be awarded randomly and are as follow: 
      • airasia ride RM2 
      • airasia food RM5 
      • GrabFood RM5
    3. The free e-vouchers will be awarded to members via the App within seven (7) days after they perform a successful transaction.
    4. The e-voucher giveaway is subject to availability of stock and on a first come, first served basis. 
 
General 
  1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion, to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice. 
  2. By participating in this Campaign, the participant gives their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials. 
  3. B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
