Organiser and Eligibility
1. B Infinite X Miniso: Barbie Collections is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Campaign by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“App”).
2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Campaign agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.

Duration
1. The Campaign is in effective from 20 November 2023 – 10 December 2023 (“Campaign Period”) inclusive of which encompasses sub-campaigns including:
a. Social Media Giveaway: 20 November – 27 November 2023
b. Super “Miniso” BI Payer: 20 November – 10 December 2023
B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any given time. All entries outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.

Campaign Mechanics
1. Participants must be registered as a member of B Infinite via the App at https://b-infinite.com/app.
2. Individuals who have successfully signed up as a member of the App are qualified to participate in the following TWO (2) activities throughout the Campaign Period:
a. Social Media Giveaway
b. Super “Miniso” BI Payer

Social Media Giveaway: 20 November – 27 November 2023
1. Only registered BI App members will be eligible to participate this giveaway.
2. Each participant is required to:
a. Follow MINISO MY and B Infinite pages on Facebook or Instagram.
b. Share and comment in either one of the contents posted on B Infinite’s Facebook or Instagram’s page(s).
c. Set their Facebook and/or Instagram account to public for the B Infinite team to review their submission.
3. Entries may not contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual – orientated or socioeconomic group. Any disputes regarding the Contest mechanics will not be entertained.
4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. You must abide by Instagram and Facebook's terms and conditions, as applicable (see their respective websites for information) to participate in this Contest.
5. Top 10 most creative entries will be shortlisted as winners and stand a chance to win the following prizes:

6. Each member can only win one (1) prize. Winners will be announced via B Infinite's social media pages and website within seven (7) working days after the Campaign Period.
7. Prizes fulfillment:
a. Physical prizes:
i. Winners are required to collect their prize at B Infinite’s HQ, collection times will be communicated to the winners upon notification. In cases where winners are unable to collect their prize in person, they may authorize a representative to do so on their behalf. The representative must present a written authorization letter, along with a copy of the winner’s identification for verification.
ii. Alternatively, winners have the option to request postage of their prize. However, all associated postage costs must be borne by the winners themselves. Winners opting for postage must provide a valid and complete mailing address. Any errors or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
iii. B Infinite shall not hold responsible for any damage that may occur during the postage process.
b. BPoints rewards: will be credited into the winner(s) B Infinite account within fourteen (14) working days after the winners’ announcement.
8. The winner’s failure to submit their personal information to B Infinite by 8 December 2023 will result in forfeiture of the prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within the given time frame, they may forfeit their right to the prize, and the redistribution will be within our company’s discretion.

Super “Miniso” BI Payer: 20 November – 10 December 2023
1. Only members who have successfully registered as a member of B Infinite and activated their B Infinite Pay (“BI Pay”) are qualified to participate in the Super BI Payer event.
2. Members who perform a successful in-store transaction of RM30 and above in a single transaction via BI Pay at any Miniso outlets nationwide will each receive one (1) entry only.
3. 1 BI Pay transaction = One entry. There is no entry limit, members with more entries will have higher chances of winning. Members who achieve the most number transactions during the Campaign Period will be eligible to win the following prizes in descending order:

4. In the event of a tie, the member who achieves the highest number of unique merchant transactions FIRST (by date and time of transaction) will rank higher on the leader board.
5. Since the prizes have varying values, they will be distributed through a random selection process.
6. Each member can only win one (1) prize. Winners will be announced via B Infinite's social media pages and website within seven (7) working days after the Campaign Period. Winners will also be’ contacted via telephone.
7. Prizes fulfillment:
a. Physical prizes:

General
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion, to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
2. By participating in this Campaign, the participant gives their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
3. B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
