Organiser and Eligibility
1. The Starbucks GWP Promotion (“Promo”) is organised by B Infinite (owned by BLoyalty Sdn. Bhd.) and is open to all registered B Infinite Members. Non-B Infinite members are welcome to participate in this Promo by signing up for the B Infinite membership on the B Infinite App (“App”) or the B Infinite website (“Website”).
2. The following categories of persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this promotion: Employees, representatives and/or agents (including advertising and Promo agents, third party vendors and service providers) of B Infinite and their permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees.

Duration
1. The Promo is valid from 1 February 2024 – 15 February 2024 (“Promo Period”).
2. B Infinite reserves the right to amend the Promo Period at any time. All entries outside the Promo Period will NOT be eligible.

Promo Types & Mechanics
1. The individual Participants must be registered as a member of B Infinite via the App at https://b-infinite.com/app or Website at https://www.binfinite.com.my.
2. Individuals who have successfully registered as a member of B Infinite are qualified to participate in the TWO (2) following events throughout the promo period:

a. Spend & Get 5X BPoints at Starbucks
i. Members who perform a successful in-store transaction with min RM20 in a single receipt will each earn 5X BPoints (“Promo Gift”) [RM1 = 5 BPoints].
ii. Members .
iii. Members must make payments using cash, credit/debit cards or e-wallets accepted by Starbucks to qualify.
iv. Each member is entitled to receive 5X BPoints one (1) time only throughout the promo period.
v. The promo gift is given on a first come first serve basis and limited to five hundred (500) units or fifty thousand (50,000) BPoints only, whichever comes first.
vi. The promo gift will be credited to the members within fourteen (14) working days after the promo ends, and the eligible members will be notified via a push notification via B Infinite App.

b. Redeem BPoints, Get a Gift @ Starbucks
i. Members who make at least one (1) redemption at Starbucks will be eligible to receive a Promo Gift.
ii. Members must redeem at least 2,500 BPoints in a single transaction/receipt to qualify for the gift (“Promo Gift”).
iii. Members can redeem any Starbucks beverages, food and/or product using their BPoints at any Starbucks Malaysia outlets during the Promo Period.
iv. Each member is entitled to receive one (1) gift only throughout the promo period.
v. This promo gift is in the form of a Starbucks e-voucher with the value of RM20.
vi. The promo gift is given on a first come first serve basis and is limited to fifty (50) units only.
vii. Qualified members will be notified via a push notification via B Infinite App. An announcement will also be published on B Infinite’s social media pages and website within seven (7) working days after the Promo ends.
viii. The e-voucher will be credited within fourteen (14) working days after the announcement to the member’s B Infinite App account.

General
1. B Infinite reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the Terms & Conditions herein at any time, without prior notice.
2. By participating in this Promo, the participants give their consent to B Infinite to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
a. B Infinite reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All prizes will be awarded in their current state and cannot be exchanged.
