Entitlement to Free Foot Analysis
Applicable: For first 5 BI members with PedaHeel redemption (minimum 1 pair) and first come first served basis.
Duration: Redemption made from 15 August to 16 Sept 2024
Customer Journey: Selected BI members are required to contact PAF directly to make an appointment (Mon-Fri @ 11am to 4pm) at Shah Alam.
Appointment must be fulfilled within 15 August to 30 Oct 2024 only. Any extensions are subject to PAF's discretion.
Conditions: Free Foot Analysis cannot be exchanged with cash or earn BI points.
Additional: BI members will receive their foot analysis report via WhatsApp accordingly.

This product is only valid until 16 September 2024 or while stocks last, whichever occurs first. 
Purchased products will be delivered for FREE across Malaysia. No delivery will be made to P.O. Box addresses as well as addresses outside Malaysia. 

Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation of the said order is not allowed. 

Any requests for the return of products are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

Orders will be fulfilled within 14 working days upon order confirmation and approval by B Infinite (“BI”).  

No free trials will be offered for all products featured. 

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery of the product(s) and/or services due to the customer’s inability to receive the products and/or services at the designated address, the customer shall solely bear the total cost of further deliveries of the products and/or services. The customer is hereby notified that no refund will be given for the products and/or services under the aforementioned circumstances. 

All pre-order products (if applicable) will have to be paid in full before the orders can be processed. 

Pre-orders (if applicable) cannot be cancelled or exchanged. 

Product colour choices (if applicable) are subject to availability and B Infinite has the right to offer the customer a different colour option based on stock availability. 

Pre-order products (if applicable) are subject to the delivery turnaround time which may change from time to time. 

Upon receiving/unboxing,  please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside.

Other terms and conditions apply. We take extra care to ensure your purchased item(s) arrives in satisfactory condition, but if it is damaged or defective, kindly contact the B Infinite Customer Service at enquiry@binfinite.com.my within one (1) working day from when you received the product(s).

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation of the said order is not allowed unless the product(s) is malfunctioning, damaged or defective. Requests for a return of the product(s) can only be made by informing the B Infinite Customer Service at enquiry@binfinite.com.my within one (1) working day after the product(s) was received and on condition that the product(s) is to be returned within three (3) working days from the receipt date of the product(s). Any claims made beyond the stipulated time frame shall not be entertained. 

Product(s) must be returned in unworn and its original condition (complete with all original accessories, tags, documentation and authenticity card) and original packaging and shoe box (complete with delivery note, courier service provider flyer and consignment note copy). The delivery cost for the return of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer. Customers can return their malfunctioning, damaged or defective product(s) to the following address:

You will have to make your own arrangement to return the unworn product.  Take note that it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned and safely arrive at our warehouse, we highly suggest opting for a traceable shipping method to insure your package to receive the full replacement value.

Upon receiving the product, it will be tested and examined in accordance with the customer’s complaint. If the defect or damage described by the customer is found to be valid, a replacement of the same product will then be delivered.  

All products returned shall be exchanged with a product of the same description in the purchase order.  

A refund in relation to a returned product will only be made in the event where the said product is out of stock. And the refund is only applicable upon confirmation that the product was returned in good condition along with its original packaging. All refunds will be processed and credited to the respective credit card account or payment channel in accordance with the Bank’s and Financial Institution’s policy and timeframe. The delivery and other incidental costs will not be reimbursed.
