Reset PIN
Via the BI App
Reset your PIN directly from the BInfinite mobile app.
- 1 Open the BI App and log in to your account
- 2 Go to My Account
- 3 Select your BI Card
- 4 Tap Reset PIN
- 5 Verify your account details
- 6 Set a new PIN and confirm the update
Via the Website
No app needed — reset your PIN from any browser.
- 1 Visit the Reset PIN page on BInfinite.com
- 2 Enter your 16-digit BI Card number
- 3 Click Submit — a temporary PIN will be sent to your registered email
- 4 Log in using the temporary PIN
- 5 Set a new PIN from your account settings
