B Infinite is a unique members-only programme that aims to continuously thrill, excite and even entertain users and accelerate their ability to obtain stuff from their favourite brands. B Infinite members enjoy the use of BPoints – the exclusive currency issued by B Infinite which are deemed as good as cash.
BPoints can be earned when members choose to purchase or interact with B Infinite and/or its partners and brands and burned to obtain specially negotiated privileges and offers such as discounts, early bird buys and limited-time or quantity deals which are offered for wide range of lifestyle categories.
The B Infinite Mobile App is the primary platform to get the most out of B Infinite. It is the central touch point from which members can maximise the earning of BPoints at physical outlets, on-line and of course, in the app. App-based members are able to earn even more B Points via app-only interactions that include taking surveys and polls, checking in and uploading pics and receipts. Redemption, or burning of BPoints is also made swift and easy via the app.
The abbreviation of B Infinite Card, the BCard represents your B Infinite Membership and manifests itself in either physical or virtual format. The latter is delivered via the B Infinite Mobile App. The BCard identifies you as a B Infinite member and its usage facilitates the tracking of your purchase and redemption activities for the purpose of awarding or deducting BPoints.

We want you to get the most of B Infinite and encourage you to sign up via the mobile app. It takes just minutes to get your membership; a generic virtual B Infinite Card will be issued and you’re ready to enjoy your membership in the app, at outlets as well as online.
B Infinite is also available in collaboration with partners via a physical, co-branded BCard. The benefits vary from partner to partner; registration will have to be done via respective application forms. Should you choose a co-branded BCard, we still encourage you to sign up for generic B Infinite membership via the mobile app and add your co-branded membership to it.
Yet another option is to sign up via our website. This however limits your access to the full benefits of the B Infinite membership. To ensure you don’t miss out, simply access your membership via the mobile app using the same credentials as your web sign up.

Similarly, your virtual card is created as soon as you successfully sign up via our website and the co-branded physical card is issued on the spot with your paper-based application.
No, B Infinite membership is absolutely free.
B Infinite membership is open to all individuals aged 18 and above regardless of nationality.
Absolutely. You may wish to benefit from the different privileges offered through our range of co-branded cards and that’s fine. Just ensure that you register all your BCards in the B Infinite mobile app so that you maximise your membership privileges and benefits.
For instance, you may have a generic BCard as well as a Caltex co-branded card (Journey card). Both cards can be used anytime and anywhere. However, the unique privileges of Caltex Journey card are not made available for generic BCard.
Sorry, we do not issue supplementary cards but they are welcome to sign up for the B Infinite membership and enjoy all that it has to offer.
First of all, do not panic.
If you have registered your membership on the B Infinite mobile app or on our website, simply sign in to reset your 6-digit PIN to prevent unauthorised usage.
Then, proceed to either sign up for a new card on the B Infinite mobile app. If you remember your membership details you may also add your card details to the app.
Next, obtain assistance to transfer your accumulated BPoints from the old card to the new card from the B Infinite Team by emailing enquiry@binfinite.com.my. Do note that this is only possible if both old and new cards are registered under the same e-mail address.
Yes. Provided you have added your BCard to the B Infinite mobile app. Otherwise, earning of BPoints is not possible. Backdating of BPoints earned will not be allowed either.
No, it is not. B Infinite is a membership-based programme and the card issued to members - the BCard – is to be used to earn BPoints and pay for partners’ products and services in full or partially, that is, combined with cash.
Yes, you can now link your Caltex Journey Card in the CaltexGo app. After linking your card and setting the Loyalty Program to "B Infinite", you can show the QR code (under Rewards QR code) to the station staff to earn or redeem points. You can also earn or redeem BPoints in-app using the Pay function of the CaltexGo app. The CaltexGo app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. BPoints is the exclusive currency for B Infinite members and can be used just like cash – to make purchases from partners at their outlets, on-line via the B Infinite website or in the B Infinite app. They work like cash; every 100 BPoints is equivalent to RM1.
They may be earned by members when they purchase from participating partners at a rate which could vary from partner to partner. BPoints are also sometimes awarded for interactions, such as contest prizes. From time to time there may be promotions whereby BPoints may be earned at a higher rate than normal so as to incentivise purchase.
Just visit any of our partner stores, present either your virtual BCard that’s in the B Infinite App or your physical co-branded BCard to start earning BPoints for your purchases.
For online shopping via ShopOnline!, just key in the generic virtual BCard number from your web sign up when prompted.
